Shipping Policy

We ship almost entirely via UPS/FedEx and require a signature upon delivery on all packages. If you wish to waive the signature requirement and agree to take responsibility for any lost/stolen packages left outside, please contact us for a waiver form. We are required to ship to the shipping address provided on PayPal. This means that regardless of the shipping address you provide on your order form through our website, we MUST ship to the address you provided through PayPal.

International orders are not taken at this time online. International customers are encouraged to place wholesale orders over the phone at 713-789-7400 or 1-866-924-2471. We only accept wire transfers from bank to bank. Only wholesale accounts are available. Call for more information. The shipping quote will be included in the total wire transfer.

  • Order over $100 US will receive free shipping to anywhere in the United States (Free shipping Not valid during a sale).
  • All orders under $99 and under are charged a flat $20 shipping fee.
  • Orders that cannot be shipped before the weekend or holidays will be held and shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Times

Under normal circumstances and for items in stock, most orders ship out within 1-3 business days. Items that we do not normally carry in our store or that are out of stock may take an additional 3-5 business days.

However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, there may sometimes be slight delays.

UPS/FedEx Ground service usually takes 1-3 business days to anyone in the mid-west, 4-5 business days max in the East and the western United States. Do not count the day the order was shipped. Express services are used for overnight or 2nd-day delivery and are only available for phone or in-store orders. Rates vary due to location, size, and weight. Online Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy gives you 7 calendar days from the shipping arrival date, or receipt date of the original purchase, whichever works for you; to return any product, provided it’s new, unused, and in the original packaging as received or defective. We highly recommend that the buyer thoroughly inspect the purchased product before using it and also ensure the user of the product is familiar with the correct application and proper care. If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 7 calendar days from the shipping arrival date, or receipt date return the item to Mari Ari at 8401 Westheimer Rd Ste 280 Houston, TX 77063 and Mari Ari will replace it with an identical item or a full store credit will be issued upon approval of the return.

If a refund is requested, a 15% restocking charge will be accessed upon approval of the return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot accept returns for any reason after 7 calendar days from the shipping arrival date or receipt date.

Mari Ari will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a direct result of our error (you received an incorrect item) and re-ship the correct item at no charge.

All “Free Shipping Offers” will be charged a normal shipping charge before a refund is issued. If the return of a product or products causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold, the remaining items and returned items will be billed for the normal shipping charges.

All shipping charges “ground or express” are not refundable.

Make sure you check the unit for damages before signing the delivery receipt.

All hair manufacturers do not provide any warranties on the hair. It is left up to the institution’s return policy and guidelines to assist your questions about return and exchange.

All returns are subject to our approval; please call for any return/exchange. All return/exchange inquiries must be approved by a Mari Ari representative in order to be processed. Please make sure you take the name of anyone you talk to.

When we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email confirmation if requested. Refunds take 5 to 7 business days to show a credit on your credit card. The credit will be for the amount of the merchandise ordered after any freight or restocking charges.

If the product has been worn or modified from its original (new) condition, the refund will be declined, and there will be a shipping cost, of $20 USD flat rate, to send this product back to the customer. After a month of storage without any arrangement from the customer to obtain this product back, we will properly dispose of the product. And the transaction will be closed in our system.

To Refund or Return Online Orders, Please Follow These Steps:

  • Make sure the hair/product is in its original condition, box, bundle, container, etc.
  • Call or email us to process return/exchange request
  • Fill out the Return Form that came with your product, you can print extra copies HERE.
  • Ship back to us and have tracking number available

In-Store Return and Exchange Policy

No Refunds – No exceptions. All sales are final at Mari Ari on wigs, hairpieces, and clip-in hair extensions, sales & clearance items. We do not refund, exchange, or apply any other type of compensation for hair that is not in its “original condition” from purchase. We can issue an exchange or store credit up to 7 days of the original purchase with the receipt. Mari Ari is not responsible for any manufacturing defect, flaw, “bad batch”, or any type of hair manufacturing problem. Mari Ari shall not take on any responsibility for any problems that reflect manufacturing.
